- The prices are per person/day for a stay of at least 5 days, including a plentiful breakfast buffet with organic products (from 7.30 - 10.30 am) and a 5 course evening meal with a choice (from 6.30 - 9 pm). We ask you to dress correctly for dinner.
- For stays of less than 5 days we surcharge 4 % and of less than 3 days 8% of surcharge.
- Local Tax: we charge € 2,50 a person a night. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
- We can't give you a credit for a half-board that you did not enjoy.
- Price reduction of 10% off the half board price for the 3rd adult, or each further adult, sharing the same room. Parking-space in our underground garage € 10,00 per day.
- Surcharge of 35% up to 75% per day for single occupancy of a double room.
- Rooms can be occupied after 2 pm. Please vacate your room before 11 am on day of departure.
- If you are going to arrive after 6 pm, please inform us.
- Pets are not allowed.
- To confirm a booking we require a deposit (caparra) from € 500,00 to € 750,00 per room. You can pay by credit card through our homepage by clicking on pay.
- Your credit card number and expiry date are enough for us as safety for your reservation. In the case of non-arrival or earlier departure, we will charge at least 3 days room fee, without board, to your card.
- You can pay in cash with Euros. We also accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Amex.
- Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months.
- Our TIP: travel insurance will cover you for cancellation costs and can be bought from all travel agents or by internet.
- Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, Consumers' Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
- Every room cancelled 28 days before arrival will be cancelled for free.
- Cancellations from 28 to 21 days before arrival is subject to the charge of the deposit.
- Cancellations from 21 up to 7 days before arrival are subject to payment of 75% of the full stay.
- Cancellations under 7 days before arrival are subject to payment of 85% of the full stay.
- Early departures will be charged of the full amount of the reservation.
- In case of “no show” we charge 100% of the reservation.
- Gift vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months and not negotiable.
