General conditions

• The prices are per person/day for a stay of at least 5 days, including a plentiful breakfast buffet with organic products (from 7.30 - 11 am) and a 5 course evening meal with a choice (from 6.30 - 9 pm). We ask you to dress correctly for dinner.
• We charge at least 3 days room fee, without board, by earlier departure or non-arrival.
• For stays of 4 days there is a surcharge of € 5,00 per person.
• There is a reduction of € 5,00 per person/day off the half board price for bed and breakfast.
• Price reduction of 10% off the half board price for the 3rd adult, or each further adult, sharing the same room. Parking-space in our underground garage € 5,00 per day.
• Surcharge of € 25,00 per day for single occupancy of a double room.
• Rooms can be occupied after 2 pm. Please vacate your room before 11 am on day of departure.
• If you are going to arrive after 6 pm, please inform us.
• Special room numbers cannot be booked.
• Small dogs are allowed only on request. We charge € 12,00 without food. Dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms or near the pools.
• To confirm a booking we require a deposit (caparra) of € 250,00 per room (not abitual guests). You can pay by credit card through our homepage by clicking on pay.
  Your credit card number and expiry date are enough for us as safety for your reservation. In the case of non-arrival or earlier departure, we will charge at least 3 days room fee, without board, to your card.
• You can pay in cash with Euro, Swiss francs or dollars. We also accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard.
• Cash discount about 2%.
• Our TIP: travel insurance will cover you for cancellation costs and can be bought from all travel agents or by internet.
• Our cancellation policy:
  - Every room cancelled 30 days before arrival is subject to a charge of € 250,00
  - Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are subject to payment of 70% of the full stay
  - Cancellations under 7 days before arrival are subject to payment of 80% of the full stay
  - Early departures incur in the payment of the full amount of the reservation
• Reduction for children: Sharing the same room with parents (payment per per day all the year long):
  - up to 3 years old: 1 child free
  - up to 6 years old: € 30,00
  - up to 10 years old: € 40,00
  - up to 15 years old: € 50,00
  - up to 17 years old: € 60,00
